Changes to the Voximate API, newest first. Within v1 we only add: new endpoints, new optional parameters, new fields and new event types. Build your code to ignore fields it does not know.

13 October 2026 — v1

The first public version of the API, at https://api.voximate.no/public/v1, authenticated with API keys and scopes.

  • Account — retrieve the current api key.
  • Agents — list agents, create an agent, retrieve an agent, update an agent, delete an agent, publish an agent, unpublish an agent.
  • Calls — list calls, start an outbound call, retrieve a call, retrieve a call transcript.
  • Phone numbers — list phone numbers, retrieve a phone number, assign an agent to a phone number.
  • Webhooks — list webhook endpoints, create a webhook endpoint, retrieve a webhook endpoint, update a webhook endpoint, delete a webhook endpoint, send a test event, rotate the signing secret, list deliveries.
  • Usage — retrieve usage.
  • Webhooks — signed events call.started, call.completed, call.failed and call.transferred, with the Voximate-Signature header, retries and a delivery log.
  • MCP server — https://api.voximate.no/mcp, the API as tools for Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, VS Code and other MCP clients, with the same keys and scopes. See MCP server.
  • Conventions — one error format, cursor pagination, Idempotency-Key on create requests, and a published OpenAPI 3.1 spec.

Versioning policy

  • The version is in the path. Everything on this site describes v1.
  • Additive changes ship within v1, without a new version, and are listed here.
  • A breaking change would come as v2, announced in advance, with v1 kept running alongside it.
